I got this to drown out the sounds of my dog licking her paws at night, and it works really well. I was using my phone, the sound of the machine is much better and I don't have to worry about my phone not being charged it the morning

Volume button does not work properly after about 6

I have 2 of these and the volume button on both of them does not work properly. It worked good for about 6 months and now I have to spray it with electrical cleaner just to make it work properly. I would not recommend this as I have problems with both of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can’t live without it!

Originally got this about 10 years ago when my wife was experiencing ringing in her ear and couldn’t sleep. It worked like a charm, and when she resolved the ear issue we never stopped using it. It’s plugged in at home and we run it on batteries with no issues. It works great in hotel rooms when people are slamming doors.
