Works fine, but what is up with batteries...?

Unit works when plugged in. However, to test the unit, with fresh batteries, we unplugged the unit to test it. The batteries didn't work. We replaced the batteries and no change. Disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sound is great and worthy of a 5* review. The trouble is that they dont last very long.. They die for no good reason.

I’ve had my Soundspa for almost a week. I use to have trouble falling asleep but the soothing sounds help me get to dreamland quicker. I LOVE it!!
