Night sounds needs work

My husband and I bought each other one for Christmas last year. In general we are happy with the product. I have seen others compalin about the main issues we too are experiencing - night sounds (my favorite) has a rather irritating white noise than drones on in the background. It is the only one of the sounds that I hear it on (I have moderate tinnitis)...is there any way to get rid of it???

Works great for a year or two then the knob starts to get loose or something. I have had 2 in the last 5 years. Will be looking for a different brand.

Volume button has short

Someone purchased this for our little boy as a baby shower gift. We�۪ve used it for less than a year, and for the last 2-3 months, depending on how you last touched the volume control it stops working. Sometimes I can fiddle with the knob to get it to work, but sometimes it will quit working 5 minutes after I walk out of room.

I have had this model for almost 4 years /since 2014 . ...in addition to being a fantastic sound machine , it allows me to quickly check my electrical outlets to make sure that all my fuses are working properly , OOh Rah! Siempre Fiel , A Happily Retired Leatherneck

After having one for many years at home, I bought several more for my Center which needs quiet in certain areas. These small machines do a good job of helping with that. I especially like the rain sound.
