Too Artificial

Nooo don't buy it. They take a 4 second clip and loop it, the sound is artificial, your mind will recognize the repetition right away so its not soothing. It reminded me of a needle stuck on an album. I took it back the next day and bought a desk fan to put on for the while noise I was seeking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this when I was pregnant with my daughter. She is 2
Now, and we still use every single night. Most days It stays on. It def lasts!!! Perfect sounds for her. Love it!! Def a great buy!!

After trying to chase down a replacement cord for a frayed one on my Homedica machine, I finally tried the website, no luck with cord but did purchase the totable mini machine. The sounds are wonderful, it is just the right size to pack in my suitecase.

Night sounds needs work

My husband and I bought each other one for Christmas last year. In general we are happy with the product. I have seen others compalin about the main issues we too are experiencing - night sounds (my favorite) has a rather irritating white noise than drones on in the background. It is the only one of the sounds that I hear it on (I have moderate tinnitis)...is there any way to get rid of it???

Works great for a year or two then the knob starts to get loose or something. I have had 2 in the last 5 years. Will be looking for a different brand.

Volume button has short

Someone purchased this for our little boy as a baby shower gift. We�۪ve used it for less than a year, and for the last 2-3 months, depending on how you last touched the volume control it stops working. Sometimes I can fiddle with the knob to get it to work, but sometimes it will quit working 5 minutes after I walk out of room.
