Worst purchase ever

I bought this refrigerator about 5 years ago and it worked perfect for 6 months after that it breaks down every 4 months. We've the damper replaced twice, the compresor replace the ice maker replace 3 times and so on. Every 4 months we have to replace something. I do not recommend this product worst product ever that whirlpool has made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn’t Last Three Years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker stopped working properly within two years (yes, filters have been changed, water lines checked, general care maintained) and now no longer produces ice at all. The refrigerator began freezing food at the “recommended” temperature after about two years. Three years on, the problems have only gotten worse: the ice maker doesn’t work at all, the water dispenser no longer works, we’ve got major ice build-up in the refrigerator, and all our refrigerated food is frozen (vegetables and fruit are ruined if put in fridge and we have to thaw other products - milk, juice, condiments, etc - before using). Obviously we’re in the market for a new refrigerator just three years after purchasing a brand new one. Don’t buy!
