Ice maker malfunction

We have had the fridge for just over a month and the ice maker has stopped making ice twice for over twelve hours both times. Then it stars again. The next time I call the people that sold it to me. Every thing else is working like it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We wanted a fridge with a large freezer most of the freezer space was taken up by the ice maker this fridge has an in the door ice maker awesome space

We love the roominess of our refrigerator and the side-by-side doors. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star rating is the water filter and ice maker. When we changed the filter the ice maker quit working. We changed the filter again and had a similar issue but it seems to have worked through it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it, needs

I am very pleased overall with this refrigerator/freezer; however the freezer could use additional shelves and or baskets to better separate items stored. There is no way to separate the meats, vegetables, frozen entrees, etc. So as I periodically rearrange my freezer I discover food I didn't realize I had such as 5 or 6 items of the same thing and I have just been to the grocery store and purchased another!

WE thought we would have a simular frig from the one we had...which, we loved. Had it since 1991. You can see we loved it! Would of kept it, but the ice cube maker quit. To rteplace it would of cost half of a new frig. So, we bought yours, cause it sort of looked like our old one.Well...to tell you the truth, your ice cube make is terrible. First, we never have enouggh ice...even try the fast ice...doesn't work. AND, there is only two of us in the house. So, one of us use ice cubes made in trays...so modern, right?Another problem with your ice cube maker, it scares the heck out of us when it drops cubes....so loud! Our last one, you could barely hear when it dropped cubes.So, the rest of the frig is okay...wouldn't tell anyone to buy it though! Sorry, this is how we feel. Can't afford to buy another one, so I guess we're stuck!!!

So Far So Good

We've only had the refrigerator about a month so our experience with it is limited. So far, we are very pleased with the overall performance. The only somewhat negative aspect is, it seems slow to generate ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
