Poor shelving design and some features don't work

I imagine we will get the ice maker to produce ice, and we can live with the low-volume water dispenser, but the poorly designed shelving is a problem. On both the refrigerator side and the freezer side, there is a great gap in the middle that we just have to stack food on top of each other because there are no shelves. The shelves are not interchangeble, either, as there are different mounts for the upper and lower.The bottom bin on the refrigerator requires that you use it for meat because even when adjusted to the "vegetable" setting, it freezes veggies. Have turned up the general setting above the recommended, too.We are reasonably disappointed, but it has great capacity, maybe the ice maker will work for a while. The filter was also defective.Not great attention to detail here.

Plenty of room, attractive and quiet!

This is an attractive refrigerator with plenty of room. Ice maker in door is one of the main reasons for selecting. The other, after purchasing a new home that came with Whirlpool appliances I was quite impressed so I made that the other priority. With just 2 people in the home we did not use as much ice as the larger icemaker made, the room lost by the icemaker inside freezer unit along with the frost buildup between the icemaker and the door shute made this a perfect selection. The ice maker is fast and has a switch to makes ice faster (temporarily) if needed. The manufacterer, attractive appearance, icemaker in-door, controls on outside, filtered water, roomy, quiet, holds good even temperature, and actually shuts off and holds its temperature for an excellent amount of time (Energy Efficient) I could not ask for more. I read reviews before purchasing and some listed it needed another shelf, well there is room for another shelf, but this unit looks rather empty after putting the food from my previous side-by-side of the same size that was full. With everything said this was a perfect choice for us and we couldn't be happier.

This new refrigerator has done the job so far and has more room than the last one we had. The ice maker and water dispenser are fairly loud though.

Exceptional refrigerator with great quality and a sleek desi

My only complaint is about the ice dispenser. You have to hold your glass to it up high to avoid small pieces of ice from ending up on your floor. Everything else about it is great!

Unlevel, Uneven & Broke in 2 years

This refrigerator has never been level in our home. They say it can't be since the back wheels have no adjustment. The doors have never been straight and inline with each other. Now the frig door is broke. Tech installed parts but it works worse now than it ever has. I will never recommend or buy another whirlpool appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
