I purchased a month ago and have been very happy with the storage and adjustable shelves. This is a real step from our previous refrigerators.

we had a GE, it died on us after 10yrs. this frig is ok not enough shelves I really don't care for THE water & ice paddles, the water does not come out as cold as we like. don't like the black finish on front they should leave the crinkle look, it does not show finger prints

Spacious, well designed and easy to organize. The fast Ice option is great when you know company is coming or even surprised by a visit. The lock option makes it nice to keep out the 3 year olds and easy enough to disarm when your after the ice. The filter is easily accessible and the fridge runs very quiet.Only change I would prefer is not having to run a full glass of water to dump out before I get to the cold water stored.

We bought this a month ago and absolutely love this fridge. It is very spacious and love that it has the icemaker in the door, giving us more freezer space. The only thing i would change is the loudness of the icemaker. Otherwise, great product!

Have owned this refridgerator for under 1 year. This refridgerator is spacious for a family of 4 and the shelves in the fridge can be moved around some, which is a plus. As previous reviewers have stated, the ice maker is quite noisy; however, it is not producing ice all the time, so really is not a big deal unless you sleep next to your ice maker shortly after using up a lot of ice. The cube size is nice for us, and we use the crush feature often. The water dispenser works well. Of course most "new" items work great for 3-5 years. The real reviews would be ones that are 5-7 years post purchase. However, in our super-fast world today, this model will likely not be available for purchase then! I loved our last whirlpool (a slighlty upgraded version of this one); however, the ice maker had to be repaired/replaced twice in 9 years, the motherboard on the fridge went out at year 4, and the compressor went at year 9. Hopefully, this model will last longer!

There's a lot of open space. Well lit interior. I like the "Fast Ice" feature. It's great for when you have company and keeps you stocked on ice. The freezer needs another shelf is the only con I con think of. But with a missing shelf, you have room for larger goods. It does allow you to hear the ice maker but it's in the door. If somebody is knocking on your door, you'll probably hear that to too.
