We bought this product about 2 months ago and are very happy with it because of these features:* Good space organization* Nice size of ice from the ice-maker* Keeps uniform temperatures in freezer and refrigerator

My husband likes that this product has a alarm if the doors are not closed all the way. Setting the temp of the freezer or food section is easy with the controls on the out side. Just the fact that there is a water filter and air filter is amazing to me. The only negitive is the stainless steel finish on the front doors they do show every fingerprint and smudge. I need to clean it everyday. I actually enjoy the sounds of the icemaker and the crushed ice is wonderful for margeritas or ice tea. One curious event happened when I put hardboiled eggs inside before cooling enough. Sadly the eggs froze when the fridge detected the heat. Overall I am enjoying this appliance very much. It must be cause my old fridge was over 20 years.

Great features

The refrigrator has many good features. Do not like the idea of changing water filter often and ice maker is a little noisy but having it on the door gives more space.

This product is unpredictable

This fridge has cold spots in the drawer and up on top shelf. It freezes the food that is in that area at times. The freezer stopped making ice because of a computer malfunction.I like that it has a water and ice dispenser on the front.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my whirlpool refrigerator. It has so much room. The ice maker in the door is the best keep secret. i have so much more room in my freezer. I can see where everything is at a glance, when I open the door to the freezer. The lighting inside the refrigerator and the freezer is also nice. The ice and water dispenser on the outside works great. I have gotten spoiled with the crushed ice. I would recommend this product to anyone.
