Works as advertised

Pros: Ice maker in the door instead of a shelf makes shelf space more usable. Ice chute delivers most of the ice to your cup instead of the floor like some other models I've seen. Matches stainless appliances for a slightly lower price.Cons: Refrigerator door bin locations are not very flexible due to varying depths of bins and corresponding shelves.

We are happy with our new fridge and features. Only thing that we wish is we would have got was the smugless stainless steel finish. But still love the one we got

We are very pleased with this unit. If your company can come up with a way to stop the smudging and fingerprints on the stainless steel units that would be awesome. I have 2- 9 year olds and clean hands are not there concern.

What can I say except that it's the best refrig. I have ever had! Love that the ice storage is on the inside of the door. Makes more room in the freezer. Don't find any faults with the refrig. at all. Very spacious. It's the second Whirlpool refrig. I have purchased. First one (12 yrs. old) still running great, in my garage now, use as back up room. I would highly recommend this refrig.! GREAT product, won't go wrong with this one! Thank You Whirlpool! : )

Great refrigerator but water dispenser dispenses luke warm w

We have been overall happy with our purchase - this refrigerator has a nice design and overall works well. LOTS of space for food storage. Like the ice dispenser in the door which gives more room for freezer storage. However, the water dispenser dispenses luke warm water, not cold.Watch for items on the top shelf, they tend to freeze, especially if the freezer is very full.The side doors have lots of space. Its a very roomy refrigerator.Also the surface, while it looks very nice, tends to scratch easily.The freezer could have used another shelf - we had to purchase an extra which was pricey.

In-Door-Ice maker is a negative

We have had the refrigerator for close to a year and it still looks new. The only negative is the In-Door-Ice maker does not produce enough ice for a family of 4. Especially in the summer months, I have to purchase a bag of ice and keep it in the freezer. The added space this allows in the freezer is not worth the inconvenience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is awful

This product stopped cooling/freezing after two of being installed. All of my food spoiled while I was out of town. It almost three weeks to get a service technician out to look at it then an additional week for replacement parts to arrive. Needless to say, I'm not happy with this purchase. It's much noisier than my previous whirlpool fridge. My next purchase will NOT be a Whirlpool.

Great refrigerator for the price.

I purchased this about 6 months or more. So far I have not had any problems.After looking at other refrigerators in the same price range I settled on a Whirlpool. The vegetable and meat bins roll out nicely and do not get caught like some other brands. The freezer shelves are also good - made of tempered glass and not just the wire baskets. A couple more shelves would have been even better though.Although the removable ice canister is great the ice machine is VERY LOUD. A better water filter (and not so expensive) would be great.
