overall nice unit, affordability for my rental property.. My last Whirlpool was 12 years old, still worked great, just needed an update..

This refrigerator is so easy to clean and easy access to filter. Really like the ice cubes in the door and easy access to remove ice bucket.

This frig. replaced a 12 year old 27.5 cu.ft. Even though it's smaller, it's got more usable space. Much more movable shelving and bins. The ice maker in the door is fantastic! Thought the storage bin would be to small, but I haven't even come close to running out! Great machine!

Great refrigerator but has limited re-configeration adjustme

Bought it in May 2011. Really started using it in August 2011.My husband and I were remodeling our kitchen and a new refrigerator was not in the budget, but I kept complaining about our old/new french door-freezer drawer model we had purchased (Brand unknown). I DO NOT like the design of the freezer drawer-- the bending over and not seeing a clear view of MOST things inside your freezer (picture you dresser drawer trying to find that "one" shirt-- same frustrating feeling with those types of freezers)AND BEHOLD! a freezer that is so well organized and able to see exactly what is in it without digging!!! YAY. Love the ice compartment in the door, I have my drawer system spaced so that the top of the drawers are also shelves, works great!With the refrigerator though they did this funky design where the door shelving units -- there are two types (one narrow and the other deeper) BUT YOU CAN'T put them anywhere on the door. only one size will fit on the top and the other only on the bottom half of the door. This is really frustrating because I wanted to reconfigure it where the drawers in the refrigerator would be all one... kind of confusing and in the end I put it back to the configuration it was when it came, things are great, cold, almost too cold! love the water filter, the LED lights (not too bright) in other words it has turned out to be the perfect Refrigerator- minus my first try at organizing it but I am very happy with it as is.My Husband loves it.The ice maker is audible from down the hall with the door open. Once there was a piece of ice that must have been jammed and melted and fell which was loud and we woke up thinking something was going on... but it was only this piece of ice-- hasn't happened since.

This is a great product

We love the ice in the door feature. It frees up the freezer space to use for food. The interior of both freezer and refrigerator have very good lighting. We are very please with this product and would recommend it.

Very surprised on how well this unit works. Very quiet and keeps frozen food perfect. Best thing keeps ice cream at the right temp so when you need it serves smooth. Not hard as a rock.
