A welcomed change

I would purchase another Whirlpool refrigerator in the future, however, I would most likely choose one upgraded a notch. I had to purchase two additional shelves; One for the refrigerator and one for the freezer which amounted to an extra couple hundred dollars to complete what I needed.

Love the way this looks!

I love the exterior finish. It does not show finger marks! And matches other brands of stainless finish in other appliances in my kitchen. The only negative I have is it seems to take longer than average for the ice bin to refill but I will admit that I haven't checked the manual to see if there is a setting I could change. I can live with this issue for sure!

Very noisy

The refrigerator is great. Spacious, bright and the shelves are easy to move around as needed for space.The freezer is a nightmare. I was so excited to have the ice maker on the door to make more space in the freezer. I hate it. It is very noisy. It is very slow making ice, We have to constantly hit fast ice to have enough for just the two of us. A big part of that problem is the small size of the ice. It melts very quickly because it is so small. The ice maker sticks out in the way so it is difficult to get things in and out of the freezer. I made a big mistake choosing this model and if I had the money I would get rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet With Luxury Features

This refrigerator is extremely quiet, with intelligently designed interior adjustable glass shelves. Because the icemaker storage is on the freezer door ,the freezer space is expanded and very accessible .The sound of ice cubes dropping intothe storage bin is startling but not objectionable. It is more economical than ourformer refrigerator/freezer.

Love icemaker in the door

I love having the icemaker in the door it leaves tons of space in the freezer. The icemaker is a little loud but nothing you cant live with. Only negative you are not able to put the fridge door shelf's in any spot, they run into the crispers. there are lots of shelf's so it works out ok.

Great fridge!

This is a great fridge. You have a lot of options where you want your shelving. My family uses a mass amount of ice everyday, and on some days it doesn't keep up. The ice maker is in the door, so the freezer is better on space. I had an older side by side, It made lots of ice, but I had less freezer room. Overall, I would still pick this fridge out.
