We purchased this a month ago and are very happy. The ice maker storage that lifts out easily is a great feature for us.

Great Refrigerator but ice maker has issue with noise

I bought this product a few months ago. I really like all the features. I like the ice maker except that it makes a lot of noise when the cubes drop. Something I have yet to get used to.

Good product but could have better shelf space and smudgepro

I like the roominess of this fridge but we got black and although the sides are 'matte', the front is shiny and somewhat delicate so this is a problem. It not only shows every fingerprint, it's hard to clean because we were told any normal cleaner could harm the surface...really? So, it's shiny and gets marked up easily and then you can't use any cleaning products on it or it ruins the surface..not cool. They might be adjustable but the shelves are such that it's hard to fit taller items like milk or 2 liter sodas even though the fridge is roomy. There is a big cover that extends down from the ceiling on the inside which takes up way too much space reaching down towards the topmost shelf. This is where people like to put gallons of milk - that thing is intrusive! The ice/water machine is nice but a bit noisy. Also, it needs a longer 'chute' or something because it really sprays all over over when you try to use the crushed ice. Overall I do like it though, looks nice and is roomy.

We purchased this to replace a "high end" counter depth fridge that died on us. I loved my old fridge, but after a few days with this one, I have to admit, it is even better! The amount of space is amazing...it has so much room, that even after my big weekly grocery shopping trip, it is nowhere near capacity. And, I can see everything, there is so much light. Drawers and shelves roll easily, and it has a sleek, clean look. A+ For Whirlpool!

Never out of ice

We bought this 2 months ago based on its features (water filter and water and ice in the door), and price. It runs like a charm and for the first time ever, the ice bucket never runs out. The ice maker in the door feature frees up more freezer room and is very handy and easy to pull out and empty if a bucket of ice is needed. A valuable asset during our 100 degree summer days.
