I probably would not have purchased the MX410 had I read the reviews before buying but I have had great experience with it. I have a 5 computer network with 3 printers and it is the go to on our network unless we print to laser. We use it for printing, faxing, and copying. We print pictures, greeting cards, and regular printed items. We are a paperless office and use it to scan multiple items. We do not use it wirelessly since it does not support WPA2 strength but it is slaved to the server and shared the old fashioned way. Our network is 5 computers; 1 with Win 10, 2 with Win 8.1, 1 Win 7 and 1 Mac w Yosemite. It has never given a moment of trouble.

Doesn't work with Mac High Sierra. Seriously?!? What printer company doesn't update its stuff to work with the latest OS? Such a low quality product and service! Never again buying anything Canon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
