I like the printer and it's features.
It should have come with a way to do envelopes without removing the paper though.
I am also disappointed in the lack of instructions. True to Samsung form, some features are almost unusable because Samsung does not provide instructions. I own numerous Samsung devices (TVs, Blu-Ray, cell phone, and now printer).
This printer came with software that provides for scan & stitching of large format prints. There is absolutely no instructions though so I have not been able to figure out how to stitch more than two or three segments. The software also does not either store those scans or at least there is no information as to where they are stored, so each time I have needed to rescan each segment. Too time and labor intensive to do much of.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: lack of instruction

Excellent value, good performance in an entry level color laser printer. Easy to set up, control buttons easily accessible. Multi function is a good addition to a home office, allowing you to scan, print, fax documents and images.

Lost wireless - re-connect a pain.

I have lost wireless connection twice - so far. Re-connecting was not easy. Have not used FAX yet. All other features are fine.

I really like this unit, but after 5 months , ive never gotten the wireless option to work. I have other wireless items on my network, they work fine.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: wifi is not user friendly

Printer drops wifi connection

I bought this after my daughter referred me. She bought this printer and loves it. However Ive had problems with it dis connecting from the wi fi all the time. If you don't use it everyday, it dis connects. Have problems with it connecting. Even tried different routers and still same problem. cartridges are very expensive and it seems to go thru them quickly. Not real happy with this model Does however do good job printing.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, disconnects from wifi repeatedly, cartridges expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
