Samsung products ROCK!
I have had three other printers which are now being converted into boat anchors. I would donate them, but that would create bad karma. This is the best printer I have ever had for home use.

Superb easy

This printer was an easy set up with out using a usb connection for setup on Wi-Fi network. Its small Fast and has a nice mix of tech & old school features. The tech being nfc tap to print and the old school being a visible paper tray you can actually see the amount of paper.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: digital display hard to see in low light
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not print on card stock!!

The product description shows that it prints on card stock paper. This is my main reason for needing a printer and I was assured by the manufacturer that it would work with card stock of all kinds. It jammed with every level of card stock. This was a huge waste of time setting it up and now having to return it. Please eliminate that from this product's description.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

great printer, poor menu and operation manual poor design the paper draw does not close completely

After hours of searching nothing said this model could not handle envelopes. No manual in the box, needed to do other tasks, searched on line for step-by-step instructions, downloaded manual, and THEN found out the model is not equipped to handle envelopes. The machine is slow to warm up and in-between printing jobs I have to 'wake' up the machine before it will print the next task. After the 'wake-up' you still have to wait for it to warm up and give the indication it is ready to print. I can't do my work and must move to another printer, which is not a Samsung, in order to print envelopes and other not so common tasks.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, does not have envelope printing capability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Several issues

1) I am a linux-user. So the support for linux is bad.
2) Not all characters are allowed to write in the printer-panel. For the wireles configuration I had to access to the direct the printer panel (per hand) and put the WLAN-password. For my surprise there is no possibility to write "(" and ")" characters; unfortunately my WLAN password has these characters, so I change the WLAN-password in my rooter to bring the printer to connect.
3) The printer tries to print any time reports... I want to disable any unwanted news from the printed-side ... how??

Wake-up problem

The machine is slow to warm up and in-between printing jobs (or scanning) I have to 'wake up' the machine before it will print the next task. After the 'wake-up' you still have to wait for it to warm up and give the indication it is ready to print. Even if you in Settings set it to not to go to sleep , it does anyway. Every print job (or scanning) takes at least 10-15 minutes because of this (does not print all day, but in between). NOT RECOMMENDED!!
Pros: small form factor
Cons: Did not meet expectations, slow printing startup, slow scanning startup

Burn your money now

I bought this machine for my business. It has been nothing but a headache from the word "go."
Tech support can be helpful depending on who you get but the machine always seems to forget a function (print/scan/copy) within a week or two and then it is back to tech support and another 2 hours of your time to get it working again.
After 4 months of endless frustration, I am literally throwing it in the garbage tomorrow and buying a competitors product. Good bye Samsung.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: doesn't work
