it does not hold charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this trimmer a year ago, at the beginning it worked well but after few months the battery did not last enough. Now the battery goes dead after 10 seconds and I have to use scissors to trim my beard and moustache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trimmer attachment doesn't work properly

The full size trimmer attachment doesn't work properly. it just rips my beard hair out. The battery life doesn't last as long as indicated either

Bad Product

The battery is really bad and not worth the purchase. It hardly holds a charge and doesn't work at all when the battery runs down. Invest in something worth the cash next time and stay away from this.

Simply stops working

I've had it for six months and basically the primary head simply slows down to the point where it is pulling at my hairs. Not a pleasant experience. I tried to clean the head but it just made it unusable. I would not recommend this product. Remington should make it possible to buy individual replacement heads or something. I hate having to spring for a new set entirely.
