I looked at 12 other fridges near this size, this is the best.

I looked at other french doors, near the smaller area I had to put the fridge. Great product, love the style and look. Hate finger prints though, but I knew that was coming. I really like the customer service they provide and hope I never have to use it but glad to know its there.
Pros: lots of room, bright interior, my veggies last 10x longer

I bought this refrigerator unexpectedly and I am pleased with it so far. It did not take long to cool down and was ready to use inno time.

love the flex zone control door. I can keep sodas or meats .or party trays. It is large with a divider to organize space. Love the organization of the main refrig area and the freezer

A Very Cool Refrigerator

We've owned this refrigerator for about a year. It does a very good job of keeping food at the right temperature and has a well lit, easy to organize, interior. The middle drawer is great, and helps to isolate certainly items that require a lower temperature but not freezing.
Our only complaint is that the door mechanism is a little quirky, but that's true of essentially all french door models.
Pros: Bright display, bright interior, center drawer
Cons: quirky door mechanism

THIS PRODUCT HAS A NOSIE PROBLEM SO FAR THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS AGREAT REFRIGERATOR.
Pros: the lighting is exceptional, the interior is well layed out

I have had my Flexzone Drawer Refrigerator for a couple of months now and I am very satisfied. I have had absolutely no problem.
I enjoy all the features and I would recommend it to anyone.

Demo mode can cause everthing in the unit to spoil

I bought this two months ago and just found out from Samsung that if you have a power outage it stands a 50/50 chance of going into demo mode and that means that everything in it spoils, Example: If you leave for two days and have a thirty second power loss it may go into demo mode and that means no cold. They told me that this was a feature and that they could not and would not do anything to correct this.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very poor quality

Overall quality is poor, the ice dispenser that has never worked properly,now completely broke. The unit is 6 months old. Extended warranty was not purchased from the store in which the unit was purchased and we are having a horrible time getting the unit repaired.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
