Best Refigerator

We purchased this product after we'd visited a friend's home with a similar refrigerator - but different brand. However, when we went to shop, we discovered the Samsung, and a good thing we did. Our friends' fridge has since experienced ice cubes getting clogged and streams of drinking water shooting out in a messy way. Not so with our Samsung. Ice never clogs, and the water streams out evenly. The interior is well-lit, and the freezer is quite large and well-designed. Excellent product!
Pros: Bright display, dependable
Cons: one of the shelves cracked
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the look of this fridge but it has had several issues since I bought it. The service on it is good though so overall I'm happy with my purchase.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: has issues with manufacturer of water line and ice

Love the FlexZone Drawer

There were limited choices for the width we needed for our older kitchen. Love the freezer drawer, and especially the flex zone drawer, which we use mostly for dairy and soda cans. Very convenient. Also like all the clever lighting for each compartment. Great fridge and our favorite of all the appliances we've bought in the past couple of year (virtually all the biggies, including laundry).
Would buy again in a heartbeat.

This is the first refrigerator that I have ever loved. It has the lastest technology and features that makes everything easy and convenient. I would not have anything else. My family and friends also love my refrigerator and some have already purchased it too. This refrigerator meets all of my expectations.

Great fridge for limited space

We purchased this fridge to replace the electrolux that was ruined by hurricane Sandy. We were limited in selection as the space was only 33 inches across. This fridge wound up being much better than the original one. It has plenty of space, and I really enjoy the middle drawer for which you can set the temp separately, as well as the drawer in the freezer. Great features. I also love the fact that the stainless steel is easier to clean and does not show fingerprints every time it is touched. m Only had one problem with the water dispenser, but easily fixed, and would still recommend to others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are really pleased with the Samsung 4 door refrigerator. First, it is hard to find top of the line units that fit our tight space and still offer a full array of features. This one does. Second, we have avoided ice-in-the-door units because of the loss of refrigerator space -- but with this design we are very happy with how little space the ice-maker takes. The center flex-drawer is the real winner though--that feature alone makes the refrigerator a stand-out -- especially with the temperature adjustment. It's not perfect, sometimes when you want just ice cubes you get some crushed ice too -- but that is a small problem. Our overall rating would be a 9 or 9 1/2 out of 10.

I bought this refrigerator because of the great reviews, cool extra drawer, and it was small enough to fit in my space. I LOVE the drawer and the openness of the refrigerator part. Once I figured out a good shelf configuration, I can fit all of my tall beverages in fine (that took some doing), but the noises this thing makes has destroyed my peaceful environment. I had two workmen out to look at it and I was told that is just the sounds that a Samsung makes. Incredible! The 20 year old fridge that was moved to the garage is quieter. I live in a busy house so enjoy my moments of quiet and solitude in the morning and those moments used to be in the kitchen looking out at the pool. With this fridge, however, that is no longer unless I choose not to open it. Apparently, it sleeps too as once you open it that first time, it groans and then has at least three cycles that it goes through. The workmen told me it is the Dual Cooling system. Folks on the Internet say it is a design flaw and you have to trim the fan blades, something which Samsung will not do, so I am stuck. I cannot recommend this product for that reason alone. I now chant, "Hear no Evil" when I am trying to escape the noises of the Samsung. Pretty sad, but it is a beauty with lots of space.
Pros: large capacity
Cons: loud!
