It's big and it refrigerates but ....

We've had this refrig now for many years. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of a few issues
1) Ice forms under the meat tray and requires deicing every couple of months. Not to mention the worries of standing water/ice so close to food.
2) The indoor ice/water dispenser is annoying. While water is easily dispensed in the a glass and the angle means you don't have to worry, getting the ice in the glass is nearly impossible without several cubes falling to the floor.
3) The ice maker is annoyingly loud when the ice is dropped in to the bucket. Additionally, it is very slow to make ice and if you have a need for much ice you will be regularly disappointed as it won't have any to provide.
4) There seems to be some kind of color (orange--ish) contaminated moister that stains the back of the refrigerator compartment area. This requires regular cleaning (monthly) and overtime just can't be fully removed. I believe it has now permanently stained the plastic.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
