The only problem I've had is with silverware not coming clean. Also seems like it takes a long time for dishwasher to clean a load of dishes--even in energy saver mode.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The model is great but my unit isn't.

Overall I love this dishwasher and appreciate the features and value for the money. Unfortunately my unit has one roller on the bottom dish tray that isn't quite set correctly and so the whole dish tray would often fall off the track.
When I called customer care about this, they had be try bending the metal piece holding the roller out to make it seat better. This worked somewhat but the roller still never quite rolls correctly.
It's a shame that my otherwise very positive experience with this model has been soured by this one little plastic piece that should have been caught by your quality control department but now I'm stuck with a less than perfect dishwasher that I'll have to live with for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
