Very happy with it

I was a bit worried about purchasing this cover as it has got a few negative reviews, but I really like it. I LOVE the color! I have the pink iPhone C and the new pink color of the Otterbox case matches it EXACTLY. Also some reviews said the back did not line up with the Apple logo, this is untrue in my case! And I love that it's not too bulky.
Pros: High quality, Durable, looks great, not too bulky

I have had many Otterbox products over the years and have been very happy with all of them. This one does not disappoint. It is light enough to not make the case bulky and offers the protection I need. I read all of the reviews before I made the purchase. Many referenced the Apple logo not being visible through the opening on the back of the phone. NOT TRUE! It is clearly visible and perfectly centered in the opening. Highly recommend the product!!

It was one of the last days of school and my phone had been stolen. It had been about a week or two and it had been pouring outside and windy and just plain gross. The school called and said someone found my phone. When i got to the school the lady said a janitor found it OUTSIDE. My phone turned on right then and there with no problem. I had this case on my phone ever since i got the phone and it has saved my phone many of times!

Placed my phone on top of the car, filled up my tank, and drove off without getting my phone off the roof. I realized this after a minute or two and pulled over. After hearing the phone slide off my roof when I stopped, I opened the door and found it on the ground behind my tire. It was face down and had a tire print on the back of the case...I ran it over. Not a single problem has come since this happened! I will always have an Otterbox case on whatever phone I buy - keep up the good work guys!

I have personally had the Otterbox hard cases for my Iphone 4S and now have one for my Iphone 5S. Both cases fit and protected the phones perfectly. I ordered the hard case for my daughters 5C for Christmas. The issues I have with the case it that it does not fit as securely on the 5C as I would have liked. Also, on the back of the case where the Apple logo is supposed to be seen, it is not centered like all the other otterbox cases I have used in the past. I dont know if we got a bad batch or this is just standard. I have come to repeatedly use and recommend the Otterbox brand due to their usual high quality products. I wish there was something Otterbox would do to resolve the issue for us with this case.

Cons: fit is not quite right.

When I read on the otterbox website that a NEW cover was coming for my iPhone 5C, I assumed the design issues that had been pointed out by others had been corrected. I was disappointed to learn that the cover I received still had the same design issues noted for the original cover; i.e., (1) The hole on the back doesn't line up with the Apple logo at all; looks like poor design. (2) At the bottom of the case where the recharger is plugged in, the fit is bad and seems to provide little/no protection; always needs adjustment.
