So far so good, but both the ice and water dispensing actions makes a mess.
Water fill for ice making is a bit loud
In general, the hourly operation of the unit is a bit loud.
The large enclosed tray on the bottom forces you to open both doors to get anything out of it, this seems like a design oversight.

Perfect for my apartment kitchen!

I wanted a counter-depth fridge. Didn't necessarily want the icemaker & water dispenser features, but they fit nicely into this model without taking up a huge amount of shelf space. Only problem was that after just 2 months, suddenly the dispenser system stopped working, along with the lighting in the freezer. Repairman came up & couldn't fix it, so he ordered a new computer piece. Meanwhile, out of the blue, the day after he was here, it began to work again. Still haven't received the new part, and now I'm not sure whether to cancel the appointment to install it.
That little glitch aside, I do like this fridge a lot; it's larger than my former bottom-of-the-line GE small apartment fridge (23 cf vs 17 cf!) and the compartmentalized freezer is super!

Water dispenser did not work when product arrived. It took 2 months to get it repaired. The ice dispenser does not hold enough ice and jams up easily. I ran out of ice serving 4 people. The freezer drawer design is very small.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice refrigerator

We just moved in. While small, this refrigerator is larger inside than I had anticipated. The ice dispenser shoots ice all around though when filling a glass, both crushed and cubes. We have had to fill a larger container then transfer to our glasses. Not convenient…… I, too, am finding that the water drips occasionally and is leaving a water ring that will not come off of the plate underneath. The unit is only a few days old and already has a stain. That is a bummer.

My husband bought this as a gift and we gave our other GE refrig to our son..The other one is still working and no problems, I am sure we will have the same luck with this one..so many options and love the way it fit into the space we had.
