I just replaced my last Samsung with this new one and very happy I did. My son is in the Army and in Iraq right now so the only thing I wish I could do is SKYPE with it.
This TV is a great value for the money. For those who are restricted by space and want a high quality LED with many features/apps, this TV is a prime choice.
I originally purchased this TV with the expectations of a D-Series TV (SmartTV) specifically for the internet connected apps. I was surprised that is does not seem to support key features that I would like.
These features that are not supported that I wish it had, and that others may want to be aware of:
1. Lack of support for keyboard enabled remote 2. Lack of support for Samsung Web Camera (for Skype access) 3. Lack of support for Skype 4. Lack of information regarding firmware updates etc... Samsung needs to improve the support structure for these items.
outside of the above three items, this is an extremely good tv. The picture quality is amazing and the apps that I use are reliable and very well constructed (pandora, netflix, hulu and vudu).
Cons: lack of support of skype, lack of support for samsung web cam, lack of support for remote keyboard for app input
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great set. We've had it for a couple of weeks and the picture is perfect, the features are very good and it operates well. I would without any hesitation recommend. can't really talk to long term performance at this point.
We previously had a LCD TV and this LED TV blows the old one out of the water!!! Picture is Crisp and Clear The sounds not bad either even without external speakers
VERY nice TV. We are finally into the flat screen agenda with this TV. Still have not gone through all it can do, but will make sure we do that before the year is up. Only problem is that we cannot access the internet directly although the tv has internet apps built into it (FB, Pandora, Netflix)...don't understand why you can't just pull up a web browser and surf, if even just lightly. The bigger models have the option, but they slighted the 40"...hmmm?
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: web browser option not on this set
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love our Smart TV

We are seniors and who knew that we would live long enough to see such technology. The picture is incredible and we are getting to know all about the Smart Hub. We have been able to stream pictures from our computer to the new big screen. Still learning and having a ball doing it.
