Just started using it for three months and got black lines on the screen,which could only be repaired by replacing the panel.Not getting warranty covered in my country,so I have to repair it out of my pocket.

We bought this to use in the bedroom and love it. The picture is super sharp and the colors are good. Like the slim profile that's able to sit on top of a desk and not take up a lot of room. Just bought the Smart TV receiver so I can't comment on that yet.

This TV is just way too complicated for an elderly (digitally-challenged) Senior Citizen to use. The Smart Hub appears to have a lot of free Apps that I would like to try, but I have been trying to "log on" and follow the instructions to "merge" my accounts, but I always find that I just cant get it to recognize my password. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy watching TV on it, and It has been dependable, but My "smartness" just has not jelled.

i have owned this for about 7 months now and i love it . the picture is great and when video gaming, pictures are great even in the ones with a lot of action.
