Beautiful colors and black blacks! awesome TV and very responsive. Designed well to fit close to wall for wall mounted tv's. Haven't found anything to be disappointed about yet

I compared this TV to many other LED TV's in this size and price range. Samsung was the clear winner. Not only is the picture quality amazing on HD and regular broadcasts it is a revelation seeing classic 50's-60's B&W shows with such depth and clarity that was not apparent on older tube TV's. This TV is very thin, light weight and more energy-efficient than other types of TV's currently available. The built-in speakers sound very good and have 10 Watts more power than most other brands and more than even Samsung's more expensive models. Easy set up with no problems.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: purple tint on plaids and stripes in b&w.

Everything is great on this TV, Picture Quality, Sound, Design, etc.
One thing I would like to see is the ability to just use any WiFi USB device instead of having to use Samsung's wireless device

Smart TV is Smart Buy

My family is really enjoying this new TV. The images are very sharp, the colors are brilliant, the Smart Hub makes it easy to use the numerous features and apps available. We purchase a Samsung Blue Ray Home Theater at the same time and it works together with the TV very nicely. I got this size because it fits into my entertainment center just right. I bought this particular brand and model because I did lots of research beforehand and this had the features I decided were "must haves" at a very favorable price.

This is an EXCELLENT TV, no question about it. Image quality, sound quality, I have never had an experience as good as the one I am having with the TV.
When it comes to the Smart features of the product, they are OK. I am not failing them because they have proved to perform with consistent quality and enough versatility. However, it is not the top Smart TV out there, it could take forever to load and once it is loaded it takes a while for the Smart Hub to respond to remote control commands.
In summary, great value for your money, excellent value I must say. However, if you are looking for top of the line Smart TV features, this TV is not at the top of the list.

Cons: smart hub not the best one

The new Samsung D6000 series 40" LED panel has a slim design, great features, user friendly, reasonable price and prefect entertainment unit for New York life style apartments. I highly recommended.

I have only had this magnificent product for three weeks but I am very pleased with it. It was two weeks before I was able to receive HD programing and during that time it was almost as awsome as it is now with the HD programming. I am of an older generation but have been into technology since the early eightys and I still marvel at the advances that are being made today. Let's hope it has longevity to add to it's attractiveness. Also the addition of the BluRay Player BD-C5500 makes it a complete living room entertainment group.
