Its hard to beat this for all the features you get vs. value. Good TV for the price. You should connect your Stereo to it for better sound.

Good but could have been better

Picture quality is the outstanding. Sound is good compared with others TV's in its class. Nice quality and design. Lack of built in wireless, web browser and keyboard option is where the disappointment comes into play. Would have been 5 stars all the way with those 3 things included. Still happy with the purchase anyway.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, lots of connection options
Cons: no built in wireless or web browser

Delightful and easy to use

The picture quality is crystal clear, and I make that statement based on the one channel we get through a rooftop antenna and, above all, streaming movies from Netflix. We are looking forward installing a DVR so that this set receive a full array of programs. In the 2 months since we purchased this set, we have only very good things to say.

Our first flat panel. WOW what a difference.Did a lot of research, online and at stores.Beautiful picture. A little bit of trouble connecting to older components. I will probably have to update soon.We could not be happier with this purchase.

I had no problems with setup. Integrated easily into cable-bluray-audio system. Excellent on-line and on-screen menus to guide the process. (Didn't have to consult a 14 year-old.)
Terrific picture with HDMI cables and a hi-def signal. Add external speakers and sub-woofer for better audio.

Samsung VS Sony LCD

No comparison betweent the two televisions. Samsung color, sound and refresh rate much better than Sony. This is a television well worth the price. I have and would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a quality product.
