I really like the picture quality and all the features. I bought a wifi adapter and the downsteam is great. I use Netflix a lot and never a glitch. I had a question one night and could not find the correct function on the menu so I called customer support at 10pm and got a live person who helped me!!! Exceptional support for a consumer product.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

excelent smart tv,,, jus need some help on accounts n using the apps : )

Cons: need a keyboard, hard to use apps wit the remote

First New TV in 23 years

I have been researching TVs for the past two years. I have been waiting for my old standard definition to "give it up." I had to finally give in and by a new HD television. This TV had the best reviews and was top on my wish list. After purchasing it, I haven't found any thing that I dislike about it. The picture clarity still blows me away.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

We are overjoyed with the features and performance of our new TV. TV really doesn't describe the product as it is so much more with the Smart Hub application area. Easily connect to a variety of streaming environments as well as news services, weather, feature demonstrations in addition to a variety of value-added features that can be purchased. Setup was intuitive and thorough. Well done Samsung!

Great T.V, even though I might have paid a little more than I expected. Xbox works well, but I haven't not tried it with an HDMI connection.
