Just purchased this Samsung TV and it has been great. Very easy to attach stand and set up for the TV was fairly simple. Before I purchased this set, I searched the web for information about the TV. All was very positive!! TV has great color and clarity. Can't wait for the Super Bowl.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Excellent LED Television

I recently upgraded my 10 year old Magnavox to a flat panel digital television. The selection was a little over whelming when I walked into the store but the sales person recommended two brands - Samsung being one of them in my price range. I know Samsung makes quality electronics and after watching programming on the display models and telling the sales person what I was looking for - approx 40", 1080 dpi, and 120 htz, - he explained the differences between LCD, Plasma, and LED. This particular model had an excellent picture on the display model with rich true colors. An additional perk is that this model is internet ready - so I can stream Netflix directly onto the TV. The price was reasonable and set up was easy. Picture quality is every bit as good as in the store and overall I'm exceptionally pleased with the features. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a moderately sized flat panel that's internet ready and an exceptional picture.

Great Picture!

I agree with most of the reviews that rave about the picture. It is really clear and vivid. My issue comes from the fact that I had to replace not one but two of these TVs due to motherboard malfunctions and it isn't even 6 months old.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
