I like this TV very much.I may even give it a 5 star rating all around as soon as I can update my whole system.

I would give this TV a 4.5 rating. If the speaker system was better, I could give a higher rating. I am using a home theater system so I did not need high speaker quality. Right now I am using componet cables. My home theater does not support HDMI. Will be changing that soon. I have a great picture now so when I update to HDMI I am hoping for a super great picture quality. I will stay with Samsung TV's from now on.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: poor speakers

Great product for the price & decent features, picked this up cause I just need a simple tv for the living room picture quality is nice considering it's only 720p
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: not 1080p

Image quality is solid, blacks are nice and rich. Speakers are very weak but clear, also optical audio out only, so keep that in mind for your sound system. The bundling strip is great for a clean install!

I love how samsung made it simple to register, then get service right away. A samsung rep also called to verify my repair service was being done. AWESOME!!!! the only thing that concerns me is how the power plug goes into the the tv, right behind the screen, right smack in the middle to the whole, big thing. It does have awesome clarity and sound.....i just never expected to see a tv with a plug right behind screen. arent they normally on the bottom or side???? It was a smart buy though, and i am completely satisfied.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: power plug goes in right behind middle of screen

This product for it's price point, It's picture quality, I believe, Plasma much better than LED or LCD. Samsung has made it possible to progressively obtain good quality HDTV. My next purchase will be the 64" Plasma Smart 3D model.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, goes great with 5.1 surround sound

I bought this TV on black friday a year ago (2011) and love it. The price was right and movies and video games look great on it. My only complaint it that like all TVs the sound is not so good. the Addition of a Samsung sound bar has fixed that problem.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, looks great

When we purchased this TV, we absolutley loved it. The picture was fantastic, had amazing features. But after 2 years, it just stopped turning on. After much research, it appears that this is a common problem. Not a happy Samsung customer!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: just stops turning on
