So far, so good. I wish the buttons were a little more finger tip friendly, but the screen is situated just right to glance over and see who’s calling. The handset has a good feel to it as well. Read the manual if you want to set up the one-touch dial because it’s not as straight-forward as one would hope. Call quality is great, though!

After many decades, the phone set for my house landline needed to be replaced. Equipment for landlines is getting scarce, so I was happy to find this this corded phone set. It has done exactly what it should do, includes a speakerphone and hold function, and also provides message waiting indication and caller ID. I found the small-print illustration-only instructions for converting from desk top to wall-mount a little hard to interpret, but once I figured them out, setup was easy. Changing the batteries will be a nuisance, but a small price to pay for a well-made piece of equipment that should serve me well for a few decades more.
I would recommend this to a friend!
