Excellent gas cooktop!

We selected this WP Gold cooktop for our new construction home and have been using it for 6 months now. We really love it. It's our first gas cooktop, and we are shocked at the difference in power and control from the ceramic/glass cooktops we've had in the past. An unanticipated bonus is that cleanup is a breeze....no more freaking out when a pot boils over. Just spray and wipe away!The 17k btu burners are amazingly powerful, even when cooking with huge 15-20 qt stockpots (making gumbo!).The only real negative is that only the smallest burner (front, right) is low enough to do a true slow simmer. This hasn't really been an issue for our cooking style though, as I can just rotate the pots around if that is needed. All in all, we are extremely pleased, and we definitely recommend this product.

Great space between burners in compact area!

This cooktop is great. There is enough room between burners to juggle multiple pots cooking at the same time. Flame level is easy to adjust. I am happy with this product.

Great design

We just remodeled our kitchen. We replaced a 20 year old black Whirlpool cooktop with this new Whirlpool stainless steel cooktop. We love the design. I really like having all controls in the front rather than down the side like my old one.

This cooktop model is clean, neat and very efficient. The two power burners heat things up quickly. Does everything we want it to do.
