First the Woofer had a fan sound. Philips exchanged the unit but the replacement had the same fan sound from the sound bar so I had to use my old soundbar with the new woofer. A few days ago the HDMI interface failed on me and I only get a green screen with noise.
Support is great but I can't seem to get a working one of these. Shame I actually like it a lot when it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank God this is discontinued. This was a waste of hard earned money. I bought this for my office/guess bedroom; it was hardly ever used. It worked for a year than the woofers light stop coming on and I didn't receive any sound coming through. We did everything we were told and read to troubleshoot the issue, but nothing happened. I expected more from Phillips. Was very disappointed and very Leary of buying Phillips products and I will not recommend them to anyone. It did start working again for about a week and stopped again.
