This is a very good unit. Great 3D and bluray picture. The only complaint is that 2 out of 2 are having issues playing DVD's. Called Samsung and they gave me the info and return label for repair in the same day. Send it out the next morning and should have it back in 5 days total.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

We have used this device with great pleasure for exactly one year. Suddenly, it no longer reads 'regular' DVDs while continuing to read blu-ray without a hitch. I was shocked to find out my warranty still has another 6 months for a total year and a half duration. Now THAT is what I call customer-oriented management! This is a buy-without-fear company.
I would have given it a straight 5 * rating across the board but my wife doesn't like the fact that it has to be in an upright position (design) and it is being serviced (Performance).
I easily connected it to my home wireless network by pushing the button on my router and then on this. I began using Allshare but somehow got distracted. I'll have to check it out further when the unit returns.
I saw a Samsung VP talking about their new, to be released, 'smart' TVs yesterday and will be looking with anticipation for their arrival.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, quality and support

I bought this player a year ago along with the 46d7000 television. Fantastic player with cool apps.... although they are the same as my tv. I would recommend the TV to anyone who doesn't mind spending the money on a great 3D player. I have just encountered a problem with the player not recognizing discs and will update my review after Samsung fixes(hopefully) the issue.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

I like the design, but the unit didn't live up to the name of the brand.

So I have a Samsung 3D Blu Ray Player that came with my TV and I use it in the bedroom. Here, I wanted something for the living room that's going to visually stand out when I have guests and this player is more than I could have asked for. Top quality plus visually nice to look at.
