Quick and Easy

The guided approach takes you through all income and expense categories, asking important questions along the way to ensure that you don't overlook anything. I really liked that I was able to import 1099s directly from my brokerage account without having to key them in - less chance of keystroke errors.
What's great about it: Ease of use, abillity to import information.

Turbo tax walked me through the entire process. Anyone who pays for a tax service should really compare the benefits of Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now, and it seems like every year the software gets easier to use. I don't have to many complaints about it.
Unfortunately in 2013 I had to go through a short sale. I was worried that I would not know how to handle it on TT but I was extremely simple. Everything was laid out for me.
As always I will continue to use this product and I believe I got a few coworkers to try it as well and they said the same thing.

Easy to use.

Turbo tax is the way to go if you want to do your own taxes at home on your own computer. You can type in a question and get a quick answer from the HELP option. Make sure Turbo Tax works on your computer Operating System.
What's great about it: Info saved from last year for comparison to this years data.
What's not so great: Couldn't get rid of the State Tax charge to E-File. Didn't want to E-File my State taxes. Had to start over,

Great Refund as always!

Works well if used on a year to year basis, makes it easier to compare this year to previous years.
Only suggestion would be to tweak the program so that the continue button is at the top of the form also. It would prevent having to continuously scroll to the bottom of the form to move through the Return.

What's great about it: Moved efficently from section to section.
What's not so great: having to scroll to the bottom of the form to move to the next item.

2013 Tax Filing

If not for constantly "correcting" a form I inadvertently filled in it was the same as the last 2 years - easy. I will use you again next year.
What's great about it: Overall easy as always
What's not so great: Could not delete a form/page during the error check
