I have been using Turbo Tax for the last several years and have always been happy with the product and the results.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and questions are very clear to understand.
What's not so great: Had issues loading the software this year. Bad disk?

Turbo Tax walked me through every detail and explained what I wasn't sure about. Have used Turbo Tax the last several years and will continue to use it.

Year after year, always an easy time to complete my taxes. I almost made one mistake in entering my energy credit but Turbo Tax asked me to review the area and saved me $150!
My only down side was working on my taxes in February 2014 the software told me the sales tax forms were not complete and will not be complete until after December 2013! I updated the software and corrected the problem but I thought one of the first things the software does when it is installed is look for the latest version out on the web. Maybe I missed a setting in the original setup?
What's great about it: Smooth process
What's not so great: Not updated when installed

Excellent software and support

TurboTax Deluxe made complicated tax filing easy. Plus I feel that I understand my taxes better having completed the forms myself, as opposed to hiring a professional.
What's great about it: Very convenient, straightforward.
What's not so great: Nothing!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

As mentioned everything went just fine, been using Turbo Tax for several years and have no complaints. They always have done excellent job getting me through this "Oh Boy Tax Time Again"...................
