The 2013 software took you through each step/category for the federal and state returns. I had it done in no time.

Easy Peasy

What's not so great: there wasn't anything that frustrated me with the use of this program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Easy Federal Inputs

The Federal part of Turbo Tax is very easy. I especially like the automatic inputs from investment companies. This saves a lot of time and aggravation. It also insures accuracy by eliminating all the potential typos. Printouts and instructions are good.
My only problem was with the State return (PA). I had a difficult time navigating back to correct a code which made an IRA distribution taxable when it wasn't. Once I finally got there, it was easy to correct, but better navigation tools for the state return would be helpful.

I have always used Turbo Tax and have all the confidence in the world that it is correct. I have never had a problem with it.
What's great about it: It is easy to use and I am not interested in using any other tax program.
What's not so great: N/A
