Taxes Made Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now. When I begin doing the current return, last year's info is transferred over. It asks pertinent questions regarding any possible changes in my life. Takes you step by step through each income and tax area. I don't have a complex return, but I itemize and look for every possible break. I feel comfortable when finished that I am submitting a return that has every tax break available to me in it. The length of time I have been using Turbo Tax tells you how I feel about the product. No reason to try anything else if you are satisfied.
What's great about it: Easy to use, asks all the right questions, help available if needed.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax support provided the answers to how to add Estimated State taxes and how to create my own non cash charitable items using TurboTax's EBAY comparable system

Done in an afternoon

I've been using TurboTax for years. The interface is simple to use and there is almost always a link to explain something if you need help.
This year I had an odd deduction and I had to dig to understand why it didn't add to my refund. Also, this deduction did not show up on any of the review/summary pages, which led me to question whether it didn't get added. In the end it was because the deduction wasn't enough to qualify for that particular type of deduction.
Overall, very pleased.
I have one other con to add after attempting to submit this review. When I tried to submit it complained because I used my first name plus the first initial of my last name with a space in between. So, I removed the space and last initial. Then it complained because my nickname was already used.
What's great about it: Simple to use; imports info from last year; imports W-2 from my employer
What's not so great: Doesn't always explain why a deduction doesn't result in more refund; attempts to upsell

with explorer 8 the ability to print at end of the filing action has disappeared.

Fast, easy, convenient

This is my third year in a row using TurboTax and the ability to import all previous information from W-2 forms was really helpful (employer tax ID numbers, addresses, etc.).
What's great about it: Repeat user of TurboTax, very helpful

Amazing Experience and Refund!

TurboTax is easy to use and resulted in an awesome refund (granted we had a baby so that helped too)! I feel confident in my return that even if we were audited, the return is correct! I feel great about the return and am very happy with my TurboTax experience, yet again. We have been using TurboTax for years and will continue :)
