Still a great product

I have been using for more than a decade. It is just as easy today as ever. I have not thought of switching to any other product to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to go back to missed items

Rocked my Refund!

It seemed to drag out forever but a lot better then getting the form and filling them out myself. I used T.T. last year and most likly will again next year.
What's great about it: Easy Step by Step
What's not so great: Wasn't easy to get my E-pin.

Problems again

I like doing my taxes but it is a hassle when I find out I have to download off the internet after the disk I purchased doesn't work correctly
What's great about it: Able to do my own taxes
What's not so great: Second year the disc didn't work

Easiest Filing Ever!

First time not going to an accountant to do our taxes. Was quite nervous but Turbo Tax steps you through everything. Biggest concern was our first time filing with a kid in college, not a problem.
What's great about it: Steps you through everything!

Process is easy as pie. No worrying about whether you've missed anything.
What's great about it: Takes all of the guess work out of this dreaded event

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. I'm very thankful for the product.
One thing I don't understand is why I always owe our state several hundred dollars when state taxes are taken out of our paycheck throughout the year. I thought it was one or the other...
What's great about it: step by step process (taxes for dummies)
What's not so great: charges extra for state returns
