Best way to do taxes

After getting all my paperwork together (which takes longer than anything else), I was able to do my federal and state taxes in about 5 hours which to me is not very long at all and my confidence in the resulting calculations was very high. Love using this software.
What's great about it: Ease of use, help panels very helpful and not confusing
What's not so great: Can't come up with any

Last Year was better

I imputed the first time and tried to resume and no record of my work was available ..I did up date and I did save when prompted...I was also made aware of this by another user... Not good... even this was missing the line box for the (overall rating)
What's not so great: Lost all my imformation the first time

The program shortens the amount of time a person has to devote to their taxes every year. It makes life much easier, and you also have a piece of mind that you didn't make some crazy error on your return. I/we will continue to use TURBOTAX in the future.
What's great about it: made everything easy to complete.
What's not so great: Downloaded blank forms had to come from the IRS
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Exellent literature on site clicks

Great assistance with quick clicks and a great overall view of where you are at in the completion of the taxes from income to deductions.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: Would like to show how i am taxed throughout the process

Excellent value & easy to use. No complaints, just a suggestion that you try to hold the line on pricing as much as possible.
What's great about it: Been using Turbo tax for over 10 years,gets better every year
