Always informative and help!

Last year I had to call a representative for Turbo Tax, because a previous employer refused to give me a W-2, I had to track down everything that they had paid me. However, thanks to Turbo Tax and my bank, I was able to do so and input the information in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I will never work for that person again. Thanks again, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Tells me exactly what I need and where to place it!
What's not so great: Sometimes a picture would help to find the correct document.

Retired in the middle of 2013 and was apprehensive about getting everything right in the life transition. Your program met all my expectations and is the reason I have been with your Company since the early 90's. Keep it going strong. See ya next year.

What's great about it: Lets you know exactly where you stand at all points
What's not so great: Cannot think of any

Rocked My Refund

Over all did a great job as usual. I feel comfortable with my refund knowing I was able to get all deductions possible.
What's great about it: Fairly Straight forward even with a short sale
What's not so great: Lots of reading when you have complex processing

Excellent product

Using Turbo Tax in prior years allows me to quickly update fields in the current year return. The ability to walk though each step makes it fast and simple to do my return. I love the ability to get on lien help and quick explanations without using the IRS website.
What's great about it: Love the ease of use and updating from prior year
