Easy Filing

I have use TurboTax for more years than I can count. I have been using the program since it was designed and marketed by a small company. (Sorry, I can't remember their name). In all the years I have used it, I have never had any trouble. My returns have always been accurate, and I have never experienced any problems. I am a lifetime customer!
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Has always been accurate

The program picked up on and included an uncollected tax that I would have most likely missed had I done this myself.

Very disapponted

Could not get it to print my returns until I contacted my computer expert and she had me go in through the desktop. Could not get my estimated AZ tax schedule 140ES. Will have to go to State of AZ and figure out how to get the forms.
What's great about it: Input was easy
What's not so great: Couldn't print returns.

A great experience each time we use TurboTax. The format is easy to follow. There are sub sections for detailed explanations. Never had any problems!

Simply amazing product.

Just an amazing product. Takes all the guesswork out and thinks of absolutely everything. This is the third year I have used this product and will continue to use it for as long as they offer it. Got me more of a refund then I had expected. Very pleased.
What's great about it: Thinks of items I never thought of for deductions. Easy to walk through steps
What's not so great: Not clear on why i could not file head of household. Eventually figured it out
