Simple and Easy

Having been using Turbo Tax for years and has worked flawlessly with no complaints.
What's great about it: Simple and Easy

One Day and Done

Filling is always easy with Turbo Tax, W2 import this year was much better and did not have to enter a lot of info. Should have been able to get some of my info from PDF, but that is my fault I guess. Took under 2 hours of manual entry to finish and file. Still the best in my book. Got the max I could have expected and the some from state I did not expect. Good Job, needed it this year. See you next year Intuit.
What's great about it: Easy directions and w2 import
What's not so great: E-file charges

Only after I paid to efile my state taxes did the program tell me that there was a problem and that I couldn't efile my state return.

GREAT SOFTWARE, WELL WORTH THE MONEY SPENT.
What's great about it: THIIS IS MY 9TH YEAR USING TURBO TAX. ITS GREAT SOFEWARE, EASY TO USE, ITS PROGRAMERS THOUGHT OF EVERTHING .
What's not so great: NONE TO THINK OF.

the majority of turbo tax return was user friendly with the exception of the portion of the Charitable contribution section... bounced around a lot

I found using turbo tax was easy - I had to ask questions on the 1099-misc - other than that - everything went smoothly

Because of the changes every year with the tax codes they should be more specific with deductions.
What's great about it: much less expensive than a CPA's rates
What's not so great: As a married couple who PAY their taxes, we should get more back.
