I've been using for years, ever since my CPA friend moved out of state, I said "Now what will I do!!!" he said used Turbo Tax that's what I've been using.
I've been using TT ever since, I did try another program about ten years ago, bad experience now I use TT every year and recommend to everyone. And.. I'm independent contractor sales rep, so I usually have several 1099s and maybe a W2 as well.

What's great about it: Ease of use, I can toogle between forms and walk thru, import info each year
What's not so great: I really have no cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My best friend who is a CPA has always done my taxes. When I found out he was using TurboTax, I decided that, at almost 40 years old, it was time for me to do this myself. I was comforted by the simplicity of the process and impressed with the time it took me to complete the forms. Any question I had was explained with a mouse click. 70% of my work for next year is already entered in the system. Thank you for easing my anxiety and helping my family.
What's great about it: simplicity, speed
What's not so great: number of details required

I filed taxes with my wife "helping." We are still married.
What else to say.
What's great about it: EZ and quick
What's not so great: A little awkward if you have to get out of sequence

Program performed well. Keeps improving each year not the program TT came out that I used twenty plus years ago.
What's great about it: Worked very smoothly one screen to another.
What's not so great: Didn't find any this year.
