Easier Every Year

This product has adapted to my complaints over the years and every year gets faster to complete. I still use the walk through to make sure I don't forget anything. This year, there was a new glitch that I expect to go away. It asked for all charitable donations and I'm thinking "Wow, no need to add addresses this year." Then after putting all the information away it says "And now we'll need those addresses!" Too late. The state product is even faster, I'd never do my taxes any other way. Keep improving Turbo Tax and we'll be friends forever.
What's great about it: It knows me and transfers data from year to year
What's not so great: changed charitable donations, not as easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Just the best ! ! !

I used to do my taxes by hand and spent many, many hours. Now, I just enter the info and it goes where it needs to be. I no longer have to find the right forms and put the info in all the correct places. The best thing about this program is that any change you make is reflected immediately. I am a user for life.

What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: More information about Health Savings Accounts, etc.

Turbotax Oldtimer!

I did my taxes but ran into a little trouble with my efile. I used the live chat feature and they found the problem quickly, even though it was a technical problem within Apple Mac; not Turbotax.
30min later my taxes are filed and I'm a happy camper!

What's great about it: Love the step by step approach. Simple and straight forward.
What's not so great: Had a little trouble with a Mac computer. Help feature got me through.

The copy of turbo tax was not labeled well

The copy of Turbo tax I bought did no include state return, I t was not labeled so that this was evident.

Loved the ease of the program it walked you throug

Again the ease of the program and ability to walk through each step. Updating was a problem had to wait several days to receive an answer to get it work. Several updates not there the first of the month.
