Have found that the questions asked are always right for the situation at hand. In times past I have been able to print of a blank W-4 but haven't found the means of doing that. I know that change is necessary but at times change gets a bit over burdensome.
What's great about it: Have used TT for years and have always had a great experience.
What's not so great: Am not sure I like the newer format. Want to print a blank W-4 but can't figure out how to do that!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Was happy with our Federal Return.

All in all, we were happy. To claim our State LIc Tab's shouldn't be under Property tax, it should be in with the Registration on our Cars,Trucks, etc.
What's not so great: Not happy that we couldn't claim our Lic Tab's on State, couldn't find the area, went through all.

I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years now, and I just don't want to think about tax season without it. The program is intuitive, easy to use, flexible and remembers what my situation was last year. Could not be easier.
What's great about it: Fast easy, just like I like it.
What's not so great: Hey, it's still taxes.

I have used turbo tax for years, but I don't know if I will buy it next year or not. I do not like that I have to scroll down to the bottom of the page each time I finish one topic just so I can go to the next topic. Also, for some reason I had a hard time getting anything to print.
What's great about it: walks you thru step by step
What's not so great: have to scroll down to bottom of page each time. Had a hard time getting return to print

Good package. I have used it for the past 10+ years.
I recommend it very highly
needs to have a provision wherein I can itemize business expenses like that of the deductions - to who, how much, for what.
I have been able to file Mississippi taxes electronically in the past, I do not like having to do it by hand now

What's great about it: very easy to work with
What's not so great: should have an adding function where I can add items up to complete a field

I have used TurboTax for better than 10 years. It's always easy, accurate and affordable. Wouldn't use any other filing software ever.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great support, reasonable price
