program is easy to follow and has all the functions to be addressed and lets you know if you make an error, and really makes sure you are on track with all your figures

Great experience AGAIN. Won't go a year without it.
Never had any major mishaps that weren't caused or initiated by " My Bad !".... Still very rare. Not Bragging. Just FACT !

What's great about it: Moved very fast. I am well versed. Could jump around but don't. Safer.
What's not so great: None at all.... Really. Really.

Not so taxing for 2013

I have used Turbo tax for many years and have always been satisfied with the product. this year was no exception.
What's great about it: the walk through questions make it very easy. transferring info. to the state return is good too. e-filing is great.
What's not so great: there was a "loop" that would not quit in the review process. program kept checking and rechecking the return many times

I CONTINUE TO PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE YEAR AFTER YEAR BECAUSE IT'S SO WELL-DESIGNED AND RELIABLE. EVEN IF YOU'VE NEVER DONE TAXES BEFORE, THE STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL WILL MAKE SURE YOU GET IT RIGHT. TURBOTAX ALSO MAKES IT EASY TO STOP AND START AGAIN WITHOUT LOSING ANY INFORMATION YOU HAD ENTERED. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT PRODUCT.
What's great about it: THOROUGH, EASY TO USE
What's not so great: ERROR CHECK NOT ENTIRELY INTUITIVE
