Not as scary as I thought it would be

It would be nice if there was an explanation at the beginning of the deductions steps that showed how likely it is you would need to go through all those steps. Maybe just a short quiz with the ten deduction areas listed to say: do you have any of these? That way, you could see that the standard deduction is probably the route you really want to take and not waste time going through each step.
What's great about it: Walked through each step to ensure best refund possible.
What's not so great: Some of the steps were confusing.

Love TurboTax, its simple to follow instructions for a maximum refund, it checks for errors and is affordable.

2013 Turbotax a let down

My fifth year using Turbo tax. This year was a letdown because the advertised "help or support" is nonexistent. If you accidentally click on the wrong thing you can't just unclick it. The back button does not help either. You have to either start all over or go find the form and delete it. Had to call a friend to figure this out. This caused me 3 days of headaches. From the amount of questions about the same thing, I am not the only one having this problem. Hope you fix the problems before next year!
What's great about it: Timesaver
What's not so great: any mistake made was very difficult to correct. there was or isn't any help to fix mistakes
