All the right questions

I like how Turbo Tax asked me all the questions to be sure I didn't forget anything. I like the links by each step if I have a specific question.
I had a new item this year - a Health Savings Account with High Deductible plan. Turbo Tax asked me everything so I didn't have to figure out the new tax form.

There is a glitch that always brings up last year's refund incorrectly. The figure is always wrong. Also don't know why I have to take out last year's schedule A and verify the info when it was done in turbotax. And turbotax used to calculate the difference between federal and state income as cola but now it makes me do the calculation. Finally, I wish turbotax did not do away with the next year tax estimator. Now I really need that since I am thinking of retiring. Other than all that, I still like turbotax because of the ease of answering questions and the fact that I can do all my kids' ones as well.
What's great about it: easy to import info from prior year and complete.
What's not so great: having to add prior year's info that doesn't transfer

No drama program!

Donations category could be made to be more easy.
Unfortunately, price seems to be getting higher each year, but program gets more difficult.
What's great about it: Was able to do large number of donation items with ease
What's not so great: Rec'd the program while it was incomplete. Add more donation categories, i.e. blouses. decorator items.

Good Product

Good Product, I've been using it for years - seems like this year's return required me to do a bit more 'deep diving' into the forms and help to better understand - but overall, still a good experience. I recommend this product.
What's great about it: DIY
What's not so great: some 'guided' forms, still need you to dig in to understand

Honestly, doing taxes this year was super fast. The only thing that detracted from the experience was that for some strange reason, Turbo Tax didn't check for updates to the program until the end, so I had to revisit Schedule A and Schedule D multiple times. Turbo Tax use to check in the beginning for me. I thought I had a defective copy. Otherwise, it's super!
What's great about it: Easier to file than ever. Most of the forms were auto loaded.
What's not so great: Not having Schedule A and Schedule D checked until the end annoyed me.
