Long time turbo user, always satisfied with end result. Tons of confidence in this product.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Great transfering from last years return. Excellent final review with appropriate checks and direction.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax makes it easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past 7 years. Love the fact that it transfers the information from the previous tax year and I can import my tax information from my employer. I used to pay a professional tax preparer until I figured out that he was asking me the same questions that Turbo Tax did (for a lot less money! ) A little time consuming if you follow th step by step method but that makes me feel more confident about my tax return and I don't feel like I missed anything. Always recommend Turbo Tax to my friends and family.

Always helps me get the most from my tax refund

I've been using turbo tax for around 10 years now and it has been very easy to use and they have helped me to receive the most from my returns. i am very glad i don't have to spend the money on a tax professional to do my taxes. turbo tax is well worth the money.
What's great about it: very easy to use and follow
What's not so great: a little difficult finding where to find answers in the tax regs.

I've been using TurboTax since it first came out and I'd never use anything else. It's easy to use and walks me through everything. It's helped me get deductions for things I'd not think about otherwise.
What's great about it: EASY STEP BY STEP AND HELP
What's not so great: Not for those that are financially unsure of themselves or are intimidated by computers/software

I've been using Turbo Tax many years. I appreciate being able to keep my financial information to myself. It's also more convenient and less expensive than using a professional accountant.
What's great about it: Can do it privacy of my home.
What's not so great: I may be missing items a professional might find

soooo easy

sometimes the pages can get a little confusing and seems like you might be entering something twice for a deduction but I feel confident that the review section picks up anomalies like that and prevents mistakes. Taxes myself are so much less stressful with Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: takes you question by question through every detail
What's not so great: can sometimes get lost in the pages
