Long years with Intuit's TurboTax

I have used Intuit products, including TurboTax, for more years than I can remember. With TurboTax, it's total dependability and reliability and ease-of-use. I've never had any sort of problem with TurboTax, and have always received my maximum refund in the shortest time possible. Anybody not using TurboTax needs to rethink their approach to filing taxes.
What's great about it: 100% dependability
What's not so great: No cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

We have used TurboTax for several years. It's better each year and much easier to use every time.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Needed update came in during the process so I had to download it before continuing

TurboTax Deluxe... Comes though again and again

This is my 19th year to use Turbo Tax and each year gets easier and easier. I need not go see someone, I have Turbo Tax and all of its resources if I have a question. This years' 2013 was the best yet. Only way to do your taxes
What's great about it: Simple step by step, either software led or do it yourself. Not complicated just your data where it should go.
What's not so great: I cannot think of anything to complain about this year.

The best of the best

I've used TurboTax since it first became available. I design software for a job, and we consistently use the "TurboTax" standard as how software takes something incredibly complex (the US Tax Code) and makes it intuitively navigable for everyday people. I find TurboTax does my taxes right, it does them accurately, and it makes me feel that I've successfully submitted them at the end.
The only improvement I would like is something to tell me while I'm preparing my return that a form isn't yet finalized, rather than waiting until I get to the end and the error summary tells me that I can't submit.

I liked almost everything, like I do every year. But I had some issues, since Florida does not have a State Income Tax and the system knew I was from Florida but I got an error message at the end for not having a State Employer ID number and several questions about filing a State tax, when none is required for Florida. Other than that, I pretty great product for my simple single person filing.
What's great about it: Great Product for Federal Return
What's not so great: Issues with the State Filing, since Florida doesn't have State Tax
